Account details you provide (name, email, trading-platform and account number), purchase/order records, support messages, newsletter subscriptions, and basic technical data.
To create and manage your account, activate and validate your EA license, process payments, deliver signals/updates, provide support, and send newsletters you opt into.
The EA contacts our license server with your trading account number to verify your license. No passwords or funds are ever transmitted.
We do not sell your data. We share only with payment processors and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service.
Sensitive files are access-restricted on the server and passwords are stored hashed. No method is 100% secure.
You can update your details in your dashboard, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, or request deletion of your account by emailing support@botomout.com.
We use only essential session cookies to keep you logged in.
