License & Digital Product Terms

This License covers every digital product — e-book, software, app or content — purchased through the Botomout store at store.html. It applies alongside, and does not replace, our general Terms of Service.

1. License grant

When you purchase a digital product from Botomout, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and use that product for your own use (or, where explicitly stated on the product page, for internal use within your organization). You do not own the underlying product — you own a license to use it.

2. What you may do

• Download and use the product on your own devices.
• Make a personal backup copy for your own use.
• Use content-type products (templates, assets) in your own projects, unless a specific product page says otherwise.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the product or its license, in whole or in part.
• Share your download link or account access with anyone else.
• Remove or alter copyright, watermark or license notices contained in the product.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from software products, except where applicable law explicitly permits it.
• Claim authorship of, or re-publish as your own, any e-book or content product.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. After a successful, verified payment, your purchase appears under "My Purchases" in your Botomout Portal, where you can generate a secure download link at any time your license remains valid.

5. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are final once a download link has been issued, except where the product is materially defective (for example, a corrupted file or software that does not run as described). Contact support@botomout.com within 7 days of purchase for a defect-based refund review.

6. No warranty

Digital products are provided "as is." Botomout does not warrant that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly described on its product page.

7. Termination

Botomout may revoke a license if these terms are violated (for example, unauthorized redistribution). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, no-warranty, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

8. Changes

We may update this License from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
